EAA Best Poster Awards (BPA)
The European Aerosol Assembly, EAA, will award the best student and early career postdoc posters at the conference. To be eligible, the presenting author must be a master or PhD student, or an early career postdoc (less than 5 years since graduation).
Applicants are kindly requested to send an e-mail including 1) the poster abstract identifier and 2) name of the presenting author, clearly stating career level, as well as 3) a pdf copy of the poster, to the local coordinator of the best poster award (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Saturday August the 24th at the latest.
How to apply:
There are two ways how to apply for the BPA:
- a) You can apply yourself for the BPA.
- b) Someone else (e.g., a colleague, a supervisor, a friend….) can nominate your poster for the BPA. In this case, the proponent has to send the e-mail for application *also* to the author of the poster.
The award criteria will be as follows: science content (1-5), design of poster (1-5), and clarity of the oral presentation during the poster session (1-5). In the final score, they count with weights 50%, 25%, and 25%, respectively.
Contestants MUST be present at the poster during the specified sessions, otherwise the poster will not be evaluated.
